Shipping During the Holiday Season
The holidays are a busy time at our shop. We are a small business and nearly everything is made by hand. Due to the volume of orders we receive during the busy holiday season, it may take up to two weeks for your order to be handcrafted and filled, as we generally fill them in the order they were received.
Shipping Deadlines for the Christmas Holiday
All of our packages are shipped through USPS. This year, USPS recommends December 20 as the last day to ship a package Priority Mail for expected delivery before December 25. Considering the additional time that may be needed by our chocolatiers to handcraft your order, we ask that you place the order no later than December 6, 2018 for expected delivery by Christmas. We will do our best to fulfill every order on time. After December 6, we will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as we can, but we can't guarantee delivery by December 25.
Shipping Over the Weekend
Most of our shipments are sent out Monday through Wednesday in order to avoid having the chocolates sit over the weekend in a warm warehouse. Depending on your order day and current outdoor temperatures, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
